1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or listing products on Muslim Wear, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Muslim Wear is open to users of all ages. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to make purchases or create accounts. Muslim Wear is not liable for purchases made by minors without parental knowledge or consent. By using the platform, you confirm that if you are under 18, you have obtained the required parental consent.

3. Buyer Terms

• Buyers may browse and purchase products listed by verified sellers on Muslim Wear.
• All purchases are subject to our 30-day return policy.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Muslim Wear does not store payment card details.
• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Muslim Wear is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

4. Seller Terms

• Sellers must apply and be approved by Muslim Wear before listing products.
• Sellers agree to comply with our Seller Guidelines at all times.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of orders, and handling of returns in accordance with platform policies.
• Muslim Wear charges a 10% transaction fee on all completed sales, plus standard Stripe payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
• Listing on Muslim Wear is free. No listing fees are charged.
• Sellers may not list prohibited items as defined in the Seller Guidelines.
• Muslim Wear reserves the right to remove listings or suspend seller accounts that violate these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to contact buyers or sellers outside the platform to avoid fees

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Muslim Wear, including the logo, branding, design, and written content, is the property of Muslim Wear. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Muslim Wear is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products listed by sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muslim Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of Muslim Wear shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Muslim Wear.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

Muslim Wear reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
