Seller Guidelines

Muslim Wear is open to sellers worldwide. All seller accounts are reviewed and approved before going live. We reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet our standards.

Muslim Wear is a marketplace for Islamic and modest clothing and accessories. Approved categories include: Abayas, Hijabs, Thobes, Kids' Islamic Wear, and Accessories (including jewelry, bags, and modest fashion accessories).

The following are not permitted on Muslim Wear:

• Counterfeit or knockoff designer goods
• Used or secondhand clothing
• Digital products of any kind — physical items only
• Products with misleading descriptions, inaccurate photos, or false claims
• Any product, photo, or description that contains offensive, disrespectful, or un-Islamic imagery or language

• Each listing must include a minimum of 2 clear product photos
• Photos must accurately represent the item — no heavy filters that distort color or size
• Descriptions must be accurate, clear, and in English
• Pricing must be set in USD

• Sellers are responsible for their own fulfillment and shipping
• All orders must be shipped within 3 business days of purchase
• Sellers must provide tracking information where available
• Sellers set their own shipping rates

• Sellers set their own return and exchange policies
• Your return policy must be clearly stated on your storefront
• Muslim Wear will mediate disputes between buyers and sellers where necessary

• Sellers may not communicate with buyers outside of Muslim Wear for transaction purposes
• Any attempt to circumvent platform fees is grounds for immediate account termination
• Muslim Wear reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any seller account that violates these guidelines
