Our return policy

Muslim Wear offers a platform-wide 30-day return window on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return

1. Log into your account and go to your order history
2. Select the order you want to return
3. Click "Request Return" and provide a brief reason
4. The seller will be notified and will respond within 3 business days
5. Once approved, follow the seller's instructions to return the item
6. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of the seller receiving the return

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Items that cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider but typically appear within 5–7 business days.

Disputes

If a seller does not respond to your return request within 3 business days, or if you cannot reach a resolution, contact Muslim Wear at muslimwear.us@gmail.com. We will review the case and mediate on your behalf.
