How shipping works

Muslim Wear is a marketplace of independent sellers. Each seller is responsible for shipping their own products directly to buyers. Shipping rates, carriers, and delivery times vary by seller and are set by each individual seller.

Shipping timeframes

All sellers on Muslim Wear are required to ship orders within 3 business days of purchase. Delivery times after shipment depend on the seller's location and the shipping method chosen.

As a general guide:

• Domestic (US) orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
• International orders: 7–21 business days after shipment

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, and customs processing for international orders.

Tracking

Sellers are encouraged to provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you can view tracking details in your order history.

International orders

Muslim Wear sellers ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside of Muslim Wear's control.

Shipping issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend:

1. Checking your tracking information in your order history
2. Contacting the seller directly through your order page
